1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay at Tremé Place or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email with the reservation details.

3. Cancellation Policy

60+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus $50 processing fee)
30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund
Exceptions may be made in cases of extreme hardship or government travel restrictions.

4. House Rules

No smoking inside the properties. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $75 pet fee.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

6. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due at time of booking. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

Tremé Place is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring on the property. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
